Tom Hildebrand is like a family friend. My husband and I have used him as our realtor for at least three real estate transactions over the last 30 years. I contacted Tom to get information about selling my parents home. I live on the West Coast so I couldn't meet with him in person for 3 months. Tom was very knowledgable about the community, market prices and comparisons. He checked the home and made a list of repairs that needed to be completed before selling the house. Tom had many reliable resources for finding service companies to contact for repairs. He has an eye for details in repairs, negotiations, correspondence and working through the closing process. I am so happy that I choose Tom to sell my parents home.
