I have been a full-time Realtor since 1997. Being a lifelong resident of Mattoon, property owner, and current farm owner, I have first-hand knowledge of the local real estate market.
During my career, I have received the President's Silver Award for sales production, as well as Ruby Sales Level, selected as 2002 Realtor-Associate of the year, and most recently inducted into the Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Foundation Donor Wall for philanthropic leadership in 2017. I have served on the board of directors as well as numerous other committees for the Central Illinois Board of Realtors. I am a member of the Providence Church in Mattoon, a lifetime member of Wabash Lodge #179 AF&AM and the AASR Valley of Danville.

Tom worked with our schedule and made helpful comments. When we started looking he found a house in our price range that was available in our time frame. He advised us on things that would help the house sell when we where ready. Found a buyer and got asking price in short order. Took care of all closing inspections and made everything flow nicely. Tom has also answered questions about other real estate even though he was not going to make any money off the transaction. He also answers his phone after hours. He has a good understanding of market condtions and what is going on in the community
